KitPvP and Duels

Guide to Moss KitPvP and duels with PvP menus, kits, queues, arenas, ranked matches, stats, leaderboards, and parties.

Java & Bedrock play.mosssmp.net Bedrock port 19132

Moss PvP supports direct challenges, ranked and unranked queues, multiple modes, parties, statistics, leaderboards, spectating, and rematches.

Open the PvP menu

Use:

/duels

You can also use /pvp.

Challenge another player

/duel <player>
/duel <player> <kit>
/duel <player> <kit> <arena>

The challenged player can respond with /accept or /deny.

Queues

Use /queue to open the queue menu, or enter:

/queue <kit-or-mode> ranked
/queue <kit-or-mode> unranked

Use /unqueue if you change your mind.

Ranked matches affect your rating. Unranked matches provide the same competitive format without changing ranked rating.

Modes

  • Classic: standard PvP kits such as Sword, Axe, UHC, Build UHC, Pot, and SMP.
  • Knockback: knockback and void-focused combat.
  • Spleef: remove the floor beneath opponents.
  • TNT Run: keep moving as the arena disappears behind you.
  • Minefield: navigate and fight around a dangerous arena.

Available kits and arenas can change as content is updated.

Stats and leaderboards

  • /stats shows your statistics.
  • /stats <player> shows another player's statistics.
  • /leaderboard opens the leaderboard.
  • /leaderboard <mode> displays the leading ratings for a mode.

Parties

Use /party to open the party menu. Parties support team duels, split-team fights, and free-for-all matches. Only the party leader can start leader-controlled party matches.

During and after a match

  • /spectate <player> watches an active match.
  • /surrender forfeits your current match.
  • /rematch challenges your last opponent again.
  • /spawn returns you to the KitPvP spawn.

Deliberately farming wins or abusing alternate accounts may result in statistics being removed and staff action.
